Sharapova is urging her customers to avoid skin cancer by applying sunscreen daily, as Supergoop makes a variety of sunscreen and eye cream products.
She’s also trying to convince parents to sign a permission slip that allows their kids to bring sunscreen to school. Yes, this crazy rule exists that since sunscreen is an over-the-counter “drug,” it is banned from schools. What the heck, public schools!
“If we can get the awareness that your kid cannot bring sunscreen to school, it’s a pretty big statement,” she told WWD. “I think not many parents actually realize that and if you think about that it’s quite a shocking fact and we really hope to change that.”
Supergoop is sold in Sephora, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom or in the AdrinaRose TV shop! Get over to our boutique and starting protecting your skin!
